I lose things a lot. Are there locator tags I can put on them so I can find them?
I've heard there are little homing devices you can put on your phone, keys, TV remote, etc. so that when you lose it, you can press the button on a controllor and find it.
Can anyone give me brand names, or even just the general term for these things, so I can buy some?
jmp478, that is BRILLIANT, and I was about to choose you as Best Answer right then and there for "fixing the problem" instead of "treating it."
But you know what? I would FORGET to do that!
Seriously. I'm holding my Wacom stylus one minute, and the next minute, it has disappeared from my hand and is nowhere to be found. No chance to employ your method!!!
But, I will certainly try! It also sounds like a good way to remember how to get places.
Here's a trick I learned. When you set something down, imagine crazy things that could happen at the location you set it down at. For example, when you set the remote on a table, image the table exploding and throwing the remote into the ceiling. The more ridiculous, the more likely you are to remember where you put it.
