Have you ever seen a Black and White box with the words "see spot skate" and a weird figure on roller skates?

I own this box that is mainly black, with white trimming on all the corners. It has two silver latches, and a middle latch with a cheap luggage lock. On the side is a weird circular guy skate an "s" pattern, bottom to top, and the words "SEE SPOT SKATE." Has anyone ever seen one before and who its made by? No tag, label or markings on mine.
