Why is my Computer not powering up normally?

When i take off my computer for the night(i take off all AC power, switch off from the wall).
When i try to put it on the morning, it wont even power on most times.

I must have to open the case and either mover the jumper pin on the USB device wake-up
(3 pin PS2_usbpw1-8) from 1-2 +5v default to 2-3+5vsb to get power following.

I hate doing this everyday, help if you could.
