Carry on bag on Southwest one inch over?

My carry on bag is a soft duffel that measures 22 x 16 x 11” and Southwest's policy is 24 x 16 x 10". I'm worried that one inch is going to get my carry on checked. I don't plan on cramming the bag full so it should fit in their bin. So how strict are they, are the odds pretty good that I'll get to carry it on?

If you mean, are they going to pull out a tape measure and check the dimensions? then no. They are interested in it fitting the luggage checker, after that it's down to you to load it in to the overhead locker on the aircraft.
